Getting in and getting out quickly is how we conduct our business. Our typical renovations take 4-8 weeks and then they’re on the market. They sell fast for several reasons:

• Most importantly, we buy them in the right areas for the right price; we then sell them slightly under value to expedite the sale.
• Our projects stand out from the rest because they are essentially brand new homes when complete.
• We use strong singular design concept that flows throughout the home – this design technique is pleasing to the eye and appealing to the majority of buyers.
• Our expertise in construction gives us the ability to rip apart and open up any layout to make it flow and function the way a well designed home should.  This makes the home more desirable and easier to sell.

The faster we can get a deal done the quicker we can move on to the next and the more money everyone makes. Speed is also a component of safety because it allows us to stay with the dynamic market. This is especially important when the market is at the top of the cycle and about to turn downward.
